The observations began at zenith distance = 80 deg. The sun  altitude  is -19.3 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 44 deg., longitude l = 21 deg.

The observations began at zenith distance = 80 deg. The sun  altitude  is -19.3 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 44 deg., longitude l = 21 deg.
