MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) was pointed to the  FERMI GRB181121.4 ( 16h 45m 52.80s , +37d 34m 48.00s, R=8) 43375 sec after trigger time at 2018-11-21 21:39:54 UT, with upper limit up to  16.0 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenit distance = 67 deg. The sun  altitude  is -11.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
