MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) was pointed to the  FERMI GRB181212.69 ( 19h 55m 26.40s , - 4d 55m 48.00s, R=1) 1 days 80830 sec after trigger time at 2018-12-14 15:04:56 UT, with upper limit up to  18.8 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenit distance = 67 deg. The sun  altitude  is -15.5 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
