The observations began at zenit distance = 75 deg. The sun  altitude  is -21.6 deg. 

MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the LVC S190829u errorbox  30 sec after notice time and 472 sec after trigger time at 2019-08-29 21:13:48 UT, with upper limit up to  19.7 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 42 deg. The sun  altitude  is -59.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
