The observations began at zenith distance = 10 deg. The sun  altitude  is -41.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -66 deg., longitude l = 237 deg.

MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the FERMI GRB 221016A ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 32773) errorbox 28 sec after trigger time at 2022-10-16 23:39:51 UT, with upper limit up to  14.0 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 80 deg. The sun  altitude  is -40.8 deg. 

MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the FERMI GRB 221016A errorbox  23580 sec after notice time and 23615 sec after trigger time at 2022-10-17 06:12:58 UT, with upper limit up to  19.6 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 10 deg. The sun  altitude  is -41.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -68 deg., longitude l = 231 deg.

MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) was pointed to the SWIFT GRB 221016A ( K. L. Page et al., GCN 32774) errorbox  6 sec after notice time and 26 sec after trigger time at 2022-10-16 23:39:51 UT, with upper limit up to  14.0 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 80 deg. The sun  altitude  is -40.8 deg. 

MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) was pointed to the SWIFT GRB 221016A errorbox  23593 sec after notice time and 23613 sec after trigger time at 2022-10-17 06:12:58 UT, with upper limit up to  19.6 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 10 deg. The sun  altitude  is -41.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -66 deg., longitude l = 237 deg.
