MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the FERMI GRB 230921A ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 34754) errorbox  1 days 75026 sec after notice time and 1 days 75061 sec after trigger time at 2023-09-22 23:32:33 UT, with upper limit up to  17.4 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 46 deg. The sun  altitude  is -14.0 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 14 deg., longitude l = 342 deg.
