MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the FERMI GRB 231020B ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 34862) errorbox  1 days 42481 sec after notice time and 1 days 42517 sec after trigger time at 2023-10-22 09:24:30 UT, with upper limit up to  17.4 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 68 deg. The sun  altitude  is -9.8 deg. 

MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the FERMI GRB 231020B errorbox  1 days 62988 sec after notice time and 1 days 63023 sec after trigger time at 2023-10-22 15:06:16 UT, with upper limit up to  16.6 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 70 deg. The sun  altitude  is -9.5 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 60 deg., longitude l = 16 deg.
