Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 16 deg. The sun  altitude  is -13.1 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -5 deg., longitude l = 122 deg.

Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 16 deg. The sun  altitude  is -13.1 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -5 deg., longitude l = 122 deg.
