The observations began at zenith distance = 63 deg. The sun  altitude  is -34.5 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -64 deg., longitude l = 59 deg.

The observations began at zenith distance = 63 deg. The sun  altitude  is -34.5 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -64 deg., longitude l = 59 deg.
