MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the MAXI GRB190708.83 ( 21h 47m 25.42s , + 7d 38m 12.84s, R=1) errorbox  3305 sec after trigger time at 2019-07-08 20:45:26 UT, with upper limit up to  16.1 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 77 deg. The sun  altitude  is -62.1 deg. 

MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the MAXI GRB190708.83 errorbox  3841 sec after trigger time at 2019-07-08 20:54:22 UT, with upper limit up to  17.2 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 53 deg. The sun  altitude  is -24.3 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
