MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the BAKSAN Alert 190928.37 errorbox  48550 sec after trigger time at 2019-09-28 22:19:29 UT, with upper limit up to  19.0 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 57 deg. The sun  altitude  is -45.0 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenit distance = 69 deg. The sun  altitude  is -16.1 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
