The observations began at zenith distance = 64 deg. The sun  altitude  is -21.6 deg. 

MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the FERMI GRB191104.06 errorbox  1606 sec after notice time and 1 days 85477 sec after trigger time at 2019-11-06 01:05:01 UT, with upper limit up to  16.1 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 79 deg. The sun  altitude  is -24.1 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
