The observations began at zenith distance = 45 deg. The sun  altitude  is -27.6 deg. 

MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the FERMI GRB191211.25 errorbox  2051 sec after notice time and 1 days 54583 sec after trigger time at 2019-12-12 21:13:31 UT, with upper limit up to  17.9 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 60 deg. The sun  altitude  is -31.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -10 deg., longitude l = 292 deg.

The observations began at zenith distance = 45 deg. The sun  altitude  is -27.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -10 deg., longitude l = 293 deg.
