MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the BAKSAN Alert 191222.09 (trigger No 1627697657,05h 15m 36.00s , -28d 42m 00.0s, R=3) errorbox  22 sec after notice time and 307 sec after trigger time at 2019-12-22 02:19:25 UT, with upper limit up to  20.1 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 19 deg. The sun  altitude  is -26.9 deg. 

MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the BAKSAN Alert 191222.09 errorbox  55 sec after notice time and 341 sec after trigger time at 2019-12-22 02:19:58 UT, with upper limit up to  18.9 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 64 deg. The sun  altitude  is -71.7 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -32 deg., longitude l = 231 deg.
