Y. Lien et al., GCN 26876) errorbox  47603 sec after trigger time at 2020-01-26 00:45:02 UT, with upper limit up to  18.5 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 71 deg. The sun  altitude  is -32.2 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 40 deg., longitude l = 352 deg.
