Laha et al., GCN 27254) errorbox  45652 sec after trigger time at 2020-02-28 23:55:33 UT, with upper limit up to  18.6 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 51 deg. The sun  altitude  is -41.7 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 34 deg., longitude l = 36 deg.
