Veres and C. Meegan (both UAH) et al., GCN 28809) errorbox 109 sec after trigger time at 2020-10-29 20:21:41 UT, with upper limit up to 16.9 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 81 deg. The sun altitude is -27.2 deg. The galactic latitude b = 61 deg., longitude l = 88 deg.
