MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the FERMI GRB210117.46 (trigger No 632573937,15h 07m 04.80s , -20d 13m 48.0s, R=1.91) errorbox  70520 sec after notice time and 70580 sec after trigger time at 2021-01-18 06:35:12 UT, with upper limit up to  18.5 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 68 deg. The sun  altitude  is -32.1 deg. 

MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the FERMI GRB210117.46 errorbox  1 days 47908 sec after notice time and 1 days 47968 sec after trigger time at 2021-01-19 00:18:20 UT, with upper limit up to  19.5 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 71 deg. The sun  altitude  is -33.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 32 deg., longitude l = 342 deg.
