Troja et al., GCN 32405) errorbox  3230 sec after notice time and 3257 sec after trigger time at 2022-07-15 23:18:59 UT, with upper limit up to  16.0 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 34 deg. The sun  altitude  is -18.7 deg. 

The galactic latitude b =  5 deg., longitude l = 351 deg.
