MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) was pointed to the ICECUBE Alert 230112.28 errorbox  1 days 16960 sec after notice time and 1 days 17024 sec after trigger time at 2023-01-13 11:28:35 UT, with upper limit up to  17.5 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 54 deg. The sun  altitude  is -33.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 148 deg.
