The observations began at zenith distance = 25 deg. The sun  altitude  is -19.4 deg. 

MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) was pointed to the ICECUBE Alert 230306.46 errorbox  36088 sec after notice time and 36144 sec after trigger time at 2023-03-06 21:01:55 UT, with upper limit up to  17.5 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 67 deg. The sun  altitude  is -52.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -6 deg., longitude l = 169 deg.

The observations began at zenith distance = 67 deg. The sun  altitude  is -52.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -6 deg., longitude l = 169 deg.
