The observations began at zenith distance = 57 deg. The sun altitude is -79.1 deg. MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the FERMI GRB 230723A errorbox 1 days 45059 sec after notice time and 1 days 45093 sec after trigger time at 2023-07-24 17:10:16 UT, with upper limit up to 17.7 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenith distance = 73 deg. The sun altitude is -15.5 deg. The galactic latitude b = -46 deg., longitude l = 299 deg.
