MASTER-Tunka robotic telescope  located in Russia (Applied Physics Institute, Irkutsk State University) started inspect of the FERMI GRB240215.03 errorbox  42196 sec after notice time and 42239 sec after trigger time at 2024-02-15 12:31:29 UT, with upper limit up to  17.7 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 80 deg. The sun  altitude  is -21.0 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -32 deg., longitude l = 51 deg.
