Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 47 deg. The sun  altitude  is -11.9 deg. 

MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) was pointed to the ICECUBE Alert 240412.23 errorbox  44390 sec after notice time and 44442 sec after trigger time at 2024-04-12 17:54:29 UT, with upper limit up to  18.9 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 46 deg. The sun  altitude  is -20.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b =  3 deg., longitude l = 207 deg.
