The observations began at zenith distance = 90 deg. The sun  altitude  is -61.0 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -15 deg., longitude l = 100 deg.

The observations began at zenith distance = 90 deg. The sun  altitude  is -61.0 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -15 deg., longitude l = 100 deg.
