B. Cenko et al., GCN 28499) errorbox  14 sec after notice time and 58 sec after trigger time at 2020-09-25 21:51:35 UT, with upper limit up to  20.2 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 53 deg. The sun  altitude  is -47.0 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 34 deg., longitude l = 112 deg.

B. Cenko et al., GCN 28499) errorbox  14 sec after notice time and 58 sec after trigger time at 2020-09-25 21:51:35 UT, with upper limit up to  20.2 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 53 deg. The sun  altitude  is -47.0 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 34 deg., longitude l = 112 deg.
