The observations began at zenith distance = 83 deg. The sun  altitude  is -61.9 deg. 

The galactic latitude b =  9 deg., longitude l =  8 deg.

The observations began at zenith distance = 80 deg. The sun  altitude  is -61.7 deg. 

The galactic latitude b =  9 deg., longitude l =  8 deg.
