L. Page et al., GCN 37136) errorbox 10112 sec after notice time and 10127 sec after trigger time at 2024-08-11 16:56:20 UT, with upper limit up to 16.7 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenith distance = 61 deg. The sun altitude is -10.5 deg. The galactic latitude b = 60 deg., longitude l = 44 deg.
